What is a Health Coach?
A health coach is a trained professional who partners with you to identify your health and wellness goals, develop personalized strategies, and provide ongoing support and accountability to help you achieve sustainable lifestyle changes. I act as a guide, mentor, and motivator, empowering you to take control of your health.
What is the difference between a Health Coach and a Nutritionist?
While there is lots of overlap, a Nutritionist typically provides specific dietary advice whereas a Health Coach takes a more holistic approach. We address all aspects of health including nutrition, movement, stress, sleep and mindset. Crucially, we put emphasis on the coaching. Whether you feel knowledgable about your health or not, we will guide you, motivate you and empower you to continue reaching your goals long after our sessions have finished.
Who is health coaching for?
Health coaching is for anyone who is motivated to make positive changes in their health and well-being but may need guidance, support, and accountability to achieve their goals. It's for people who are ready to invest in themselves and create lasting healthy habits. My programmes are not for you if you are looking for a quick fix and I don't believe in restrictive diets. As a former chef I firmly believe in the power of food and the joy that comes from it. I want you to build a healthy relationship with food and to enjoy the process.
Why do you prioritise gut health?
Because the gut is the powerhouse of the body and I know from personal experience the transformation that can be made when you nourish your gut. I’ve been in the position where I had constant stomach pain, debilitating bloating, making me sure that I was intolerant to certain foods but there seemed to be no rhyme or reason to when my symptoms flared up. I also had persistent skin problems and low energy and I knew that I was no longer feeling like myself.
I tried endless supplements and products but what I found finally made the difference was nourishing my gut through small, sustainable healthy diet and lifestyle habits that are now second nature in my daily routine.
Why are your programmes either 6 or 12 weeks long?
The duration of my coaching programme is intentionally designed to provide the optimal time and structure for you to achieve sustainable and meaningful results.

I also offer a 90 Minute Power Session for those of you who have already started on your wellness journey but would like some more accountability or for those of you who would like a taste of working with a health coach before committing to a longer programme.
