I offer a 45 minute complimentary discovery call so that we can discuss any health concerns you have in total confidence, go through questions you may have about the 1:1 consultations and to see if we are a good fit for you moving forwards. Health coaching is a prolonged process and it is important that you embark on this exciting chapter feeling totally confident.
