Hi, I'm Katherine

As a registered Health Coach with a diploma from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, I'm dedicated to empowering you to transform your life through the power of nutrition, movement, and sustainable healthy habits.

 

Having personally navigated the challenges of digestive issues, low energy, and frustrating skin problems, I understand the desire for real change. For me, small, consistent changes in diet and lifestyle made all the difference. Witnessing my own skin clear, gut health improve, and energy return sparked a profound belief in the body's ability to heal.

 

Making significant changes can be tough, and that's why I’m here. I'll provide the knowledge, support, accountability and motivation you need to succeed.

The Healthy Balance offers a refreshing approach: 1:1 coaching that cuts through the noise and centers entirely on your unique goals. We will work with your life, not against it, integrating changes that feel natural and sustainable for you.

 

We firmly believe that enjoying the process is key to lasting change. Through small, achievable steps, you'll be empowered to build healthy habits that you genuinely love and will carry with you throughout your life.

Free Discovery Call

Before starting your 1:1 consultations we have a complimentary Zoom call where we chat about your health and lifestyle aspirations, any symptoms you're experiencing, and what you're hoping to achieve. This helps us both see if we'd be a good fit and which programme length is right for you.

6 week or 12 week 1:1 Consultation
 

Transform your health with a fully personalised programme that includes:

  • A 1-hour initial consultation to understand your unique needs followed by weekly sessions (45 minutes - 1 hour each) for consistent support and guidance. 

​Throughout our time together, you'll benefit from:

  • A fully personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan 

  • Access to your own coaching portal, online and via an app, so all your notes and resources are at your fingertips. 

  • Weekly progress reviews and programme adjustments to meet your needs.

  • Detailed session notes with clear, actionable steps to implement each week.

  • Expert guidance on behavioural and habit change for lasting results.

  • Personalised recipes and access to relevant resources.

  • Unlimited support via message or email throughout the programme.

  • The option to extend the programme if you wish to continue your journey.
